At JOCKMAIL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or washing.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
